Foreign Language Program for Children
La Paz travels to your School, Day Care, Church, or Community Center

  • Language choices: Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Hebrew, Italian, Portuguese, and American Sign Language
  • 10 Hours: $80 per child
  • $10 for materials including workbook, take-home materials, and CD
  • Limit 12 per class, grouped according to age and prior experience with language
  • Lessons tailored to school schedule and facilities
  • Teachers are native speakers

La Paz Academy works with Tippin Elementary

 

Sample Lesson:

  • Guided play: While students are arriving, they review language with fun activities and teacher help.
  • Circle Time: Songs and games teach calendar, alphabet, colors, greetings, and basic knowledge.
  • Lesson: Stories, puppets, and role-play teach such topics as family, community, or foods with phrases and interaction.
  • Extension: Crafts and games provide practice with the new concepts.
  • Closing: Poems and songs review all lessons.
